If you purchase a £19 CV pass, you can request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of purchase, even if you have already downloaded your CV.

How to request a refund

Reply to the Paddle receipt email for your purchase, or email [email protected]. Refunds are processed through Paddle to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.

Optional feedback

We may ask what was missing from the service so we can improve — but you do not have to answer to receive your refund.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom. Nothing in this policy affects those rights.
